The confirmation email is your reservation. This is must be given to the driver or representative for pick up and return.
The destination and pick up addresses on your ticket are the addresses to which you will be delivered and be picked up. Should you wish to change these or any other details, this must be done by either an email, fax or call us directly within 3 days prior to the date of travel. Any changes to a booking may lead to an extra charge.
The luggage of the Customers are limited to two items including hand luggage. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. In the event of a client having excess luggage, Cheapest Taxis reserve the right to charge an excess baggage allowance or refuse to transport the items.
Cheapest Taxis will ensure that the vehicle(s) arrives on time and that it reaches its destination on time. Cheapest taxis can not be held responsible for any delay due to causes beyond its control. Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under European Law and every care is always taken. Please note that customers' property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage
If Cheapest Taxis fails for any reason within our control to deliver its passengers to their confirmed destination, Cheapest Taxis will provide suitable transport such as another coach, private car, taxi etc. Any refunds made by Cheapest Taxis for the costs of an alternative transport, the costs for the passenger to get to their ticketed destination shall be no more than the price already paid.
Any error that is observed once the contract has been arranged with Cheapest Taxis must be notified at least 3 days prior to the arrival date. If notification occurs once this period has passed, Cheapest taxis states that; within 7 days of the departure date 100% cancellation fees will be charged and no money will be refunded to you. 8-14 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the cost of the booking will be charged. If the booking is revised outside of the 14 day of the departure, we willl charge you Euro 20 administration fee on per booking basis.
Force majeure: We will not pay compensation for cancelling or changes made because of circumstances beyond our control.
